On March 17^th a new pilot was launched at Stadtwerk Haßfurt premises.  As part of the SIT4Energy project, the Smart Energy Management Dashboard for utilities will be evaluated. The application is based on visual analytics and explainable machine learning to facilitate the analysis of energy-related parameters to support analysts to plan the energy supply in the company. This is important to support the decision-making in planning energy management in the company, especially in small utilities which are implementing innovative technology to address the increment of prosumers in smart grids.

As part of the evaluation, five analysts from Stadtwerk Haßfurt will be testing the first application prototype as part of their energy-planning activities. During six weeks, the participants will be able to use actively the dashboard to analyze mainly energy demand and supply. The feedback obtained during this phase will be used to improve the overall application.
